WEEK 16:

Marcus Peters again remained in the tunnel during National Anthem until it's conclusion.

WEEK 15:

Marcus Peters remained in the locker room during National Anthem until it's conclusion.

WEEK 14:

Although Marcus Peters has protested nearly every weeek this season, he did not protest this week because he was suspended for unsportsmanlike in the previous week against the Jets for throwing a referee's penalty flag into the stands.

WEEK 13:

Marcus Peters remained in the tunnel in protest until the conclusion of the National Antehm.

WEEK 12:

Marcus Peters again remained in the tunnel in protest until the conclusion of the National Antehm.

WEEK 11:

Marcus Peters stood in the tunnel in protest, and later came out after the conclusion of the National Anthem.

WEEK 9:

Marcus Peters again protested the National Anthem and remained in the tunnel until it was over.

WEEK 8:

Marcus Peters protested and refused to participate in the National Anthem - instead waited in the tunnel until it was over.

WEEK 7:

Marcus Peters sat on a training table and Ukeme Eligwe sat on the bench - refusing to rise for the National Anthem.

WEEK 6:

Marcus Peters and Ukeme Eligwe both kneeled during the National Anthem.

WEEK 5:

Marcus Peters, Albert Wilson, Ukeme Eligwe, and Tanoh Kpassagnon all sat during the National Anthem. Wilson and Kpassagnon have not protested before.

WEEK 4:

In week 4: Marcus Peters and Ukeme Eligwe protested the National Anthem. Peters sat on the bench during the anthem as he has all year. Justin Houston kneeled in prayer during the first half of the anthem and then stood for the second half of the anthem. We do not know if this is truly prayer or protest, but Houston did protest during the previous week by kneeling on both knees during the anthem.

WEEK 3:

A number of Kansas City Chiefs players kneeled and sat in protest during the playing of the National Anthem, including: Kareem Hunt who sat on the bench, Tyreek Hill, Chris Jones on a knee, Travis Kelce on one knee, Chris Conley kneeled, Marcus Peters on one knee, and Justin Houston down on both knees. The team was showered in boos and some fans were yelling at the players to "stand up". Most players protested in response to President Donald Trump's criticism of players of being disrespectful for protesting during the National Antehm

WEEK 2:

Marcus Peters protested for the second week in a row by boycotting the National Anthem and sitting on the equipment bench behind the team.

WEEK 1:

Marcus Peters protested the National Anthem on the first week of the 2017-18 NFL football season. He sat on the equipment bench for most of the anthem with his helmet cocked back. He also protested in last year's opening game by raising his fist giving the "black power" sign.
