Russell Okung was the lone Los Angeles Chargers protestor for week 6 and he has not protested before. It has been a few weeks since anyone on the Chargers has protested. Okung stood for the National Anthem, but raised his fist in the air in the radical "black power" sign.

5 Los Angeles Rams players protest during the National Anthem. Brandon Mebane, Damion Square, and Darius Philon all sat down, while Tenny Palepoi and Chris McCain kneeled. All protestors were on the Defense side of the team. The Chargers had not protested until a few days after President Donald Trump criticized players who were not standing in respect for the National Anthem.
